Freedom!
For the first time since Labor Day, I have an entire weekend free. No more Saturday college football-fests until next September. As much as I love college football, I'm glad that it's over and I once again have entire weekends free to explore & have adventures in and around SF.
Of course, it is going to rain here all weekend, so we're not off to the best start.

Oh, and Kanu scored today as Portsmouth beat Everton to regain sole possession of the EPL scoring lead. Hell yeah Kanu!

If you can, try and catch the first half of the Portsmouth-Everton match. Kanu's goal was a very nice one, but it paled in comparison to the opening goal. One of the goals of the season really, and unlike the Van Persie and Tugay goals, this was the one that made me jump out of my seat and scream: "no fucking way that just happened."
So... yeah.
I read about it, but haven't seen it yet. I'm sure it will be on you tube before long.
Funny, I had the same reaction, although I didn't have much free time and it was cold rather than wet. But I did manage to catch portions of Bolton - Spurs (the first 2 goals), Palermo - Livorno, and Bayern - Energie Cottbus, so not a total waste.
