The Arsenal World Cup Squad

Arsenal have no less than 16 current players participating in World Cup 2006. I have two wishes for each of them: that they play well, and that they do not get injured. Arsenal could field the following team:

Starting XI:
Goalkeeper: Jens Lehmann, Germany
Right Back: Emanual Eboue, Ivory Coast
Centreback: Kolo Toure, Ivory Coast
Centreback: Phillippe Senderos, Switzerland
Left Back: Ashley Cole, England
Right Wing: Freddie Ljungberg, Sweden
Central Midfield: Cesc Fabregas, Spain
Central Midfield: Gilberto Silva, Brasil
Left Wing: Jose Antonio Reyes, Spain
Striker: Thierry Henry, France
Striker: Robin Van Persie, Holland

Substitutes:
Centreback: Sol Campbell, England
Centreback: Johan Djourou, Switzerland
Midfield: Thomas Rosicky, Czech Republic
Striker: Theo Walcott, England
Striker: Emmanuel Adebayor, Togo

Not a bad little squad. Best of luck, gentlemen.

Thank you for keeping the uneducated aware. I'm using you to keep me abreast of the WC '06 situation. Who do you like in the Belmont?
